Elit Träolja is an environmentally friendly wood oil based on a specially treated linseed oil with the addition of a water-proofing agent. Elit Träolja is used for the yearly treatment of wooden floorboards, duckboards and garden furniture that are used outdoors or exposed to weather. (For teak and oak, we recommend using our special varnish for hardwoods, Adelträfernissa, diluted 60%.) Elit Träolja should not be applied on surfaces that come into direct contact with food. Elit Träolja penetrates the wood deeply, giving the wood a fresh appearance that highlights the colour of the wood. Elit Träolja does not form a film on the wood surface, which can otherwise turn grey and peel off. Elit Träolja prevents the wood from drying out and cracking.The product also makes the surface water-repellent and easy to clean and maintain.
