The second collection Designed by Maggie Levien for Sanderson. The Amari collection has an ethereal quality, with many of the designs taking their names from Greek nymphs or goddesses. Motifs are taken from a host of eclectic sources, from an antique Indian pashmina carpet to a Japanese textile and are reworked in Maggie Levien’s distinctive handwriting; stylised florals, boldly depicted, yet with lightness and femininity in the design and colouring.  Soft metallic and perlescent inks have been used to accent motifs creating interesing affects throughout the collection.
