Click & Collect provides you with the convenience of collecting your order from our Store in Norwich, within 3 hours of you placing an order.

- Order by 2:00pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) and collect your order on the same day
- Order after 2:00pm and collect your order the next working day
- Order between 2:00pm - 4:00pm on a Friday and collect your order on Saturday am
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an emailed Order Acknowledgement and we will contact you to let you know when your items can be ready for collection. When you arrive, please head to our tills in store and bring a copy of your order confirmation on your phone or printed out as proof of purchase and one form of ID as proof of address. If you need to make any adjustments to your order, it can be done at this stage.
May Bank Holiday Days & the coronation of King Charles III
All our branches are closed on the May Bank Holidays, Monday 1st May, Monday 8th May for the coronation of King Charles III and Monday 29th May.
All click and collect orders placed over the preceding weekends and on the Bank Holiday days will be available the following Tuesday 2nd May, Tuesday 9th May and Tuesday 30th May. Please await confirmation from our staff when your order will be ready for collection.
