Updated FAQ page featuring implemented measures (updated 8th of July)
We are now open to the public! From the 8th of July, you will be able to enter our store, please follow guidelines when entering our store.
We know you have lots of questions at the moment and thank you for your patience during this unprecedented situation. Here you’ll find a selection of the frequent questions our team are being asked, if you can’t find the answer here, please get in touch by email or on social media Monday-Friday 9.00-3.00pm.

Are you open? Can I visit your store?
Yes, from the 8th of July, we will be open to the public. We will be back to our normal hours of operation. (8-5pm Monday-Friday, 9-4pm Saturday)

Are you still providing a call & collect service? even if you now open?
Yes, if you would prefer to collect without entering our store this is still possible. Please check stocks before ordering, once confirmed stocks please call us to place your order and confirm a booking slot for collection. You can also choose in-store collection at the checkout stage online.
When you are collecting your order, please make sure to be on the exact time, we are trying to make it as contact-free as possible, so you don’t run into other customers.
How long are deliveries taking at the moment?
Farrow & Ball orders at the moment are taking 3-5 working days to reach you. Please allow 3-7 working days on other paint brands. Wallpapers still remain at 7-10 working days.

Now your store is now open how will you keep customers safe?
We have implemented new measures to keep yourself and our staff safe, as well as redesigning the store (pictures to follow), the new measures are as follows:
- Using sanitizer when entering and leaving the store.
- one way system around the store (follow the arrows along the floor)
- 2m distance from one another in the store
- gloves can be used on request (browsing wallpaper books etc)
- Call & collect system is in place if you don’t want to enter store
- store will be cleaned regularly
Can I borrow wallpaper pattern books, or view them instore when you open?
Sorry, this is a service that poses a potential risk for virus spread/contamination and we have therefore stopped loaning our wallpaper pattern books from store. As we are now open, you are more than welcome to view wallpaper books instore. Please wash hands/use sanitizer before viewing books (can use gloves on request) You can still view wallpapers online and request samples too.
Where do I pick up my Call & Collect order from?
We will leave your paint/wallpaper outside our premises in our car park. This will be on the back entrance where we have our red delivery door.
Are deliveries available?
Yes, deliveries are still available as normal, just please allow a couple of working days extra. Farrow & Ball orders are taking 3-5 working days as of 8th of July. Other brands please allow 3-7 working days.
Can I place my Call & Collect order online?
Absolutely. At this moment in time, it’s restricted to NR* postcodes, otherwise it will not show. If you live further out but would like to collect, please do call us.
How are you handling payment?
At this moment in time, we are only accepting card transactions. if you have reserved an item for pickup, please refrain from using cash. This is to protect our employees.
