Updated FAQ page featuring implemented measures (updated 4th of January)

Sadly due to the unfolding situation with COVID-19 and being placed in Tier 4, to comply with government guidelines we have decided to close our storefront temporarily to the public until restrictions are lifted.

You can still place online orders as normal, just please allow 5-7 working days on your orders. We are only a small team of three so we will try our best to get your order shipped as quick as possible. If you are local to us, we will be operating our call & collect service, in which you can call us on 01603 400777, check our stocks and place an order over the phone for delivery or pickup.

Are you open? Can I visit your store?

, Unfortuantely as we are now in Tier 4, we are currently not allowed to open to the public. We will still be working away inside, so you can still place online orders as normal. You can also use our Call & Collect service if you are local to our store.

You can also call us on 01603 400777 and we can take payment over the phone instead if you prefer.

We are open Monday-Friday: 8.00am-4.30pm. & Saturdays 9.00am-3.30pm

We are not allowing loans of wallpaper books at the moment to stop the spread of the virus.

What is your click and collect service? how does it work?

You can either call us on 01603 400777 to place an order, or you can choose ‘instore collection’ at the checkout stage.

Once we have stock of your item, we will contact you by email or your phone number to let you know your order is in for you to pick up.

When you arrive, your order should be ready for you to collect in our order collection bay, if your order is not there, please call us or knock on our door.

How long are deliveries taking at the moment?

Farrow & Ball orders at the moment are taking 7-10 working days to reach you. Please allow 3-7 working days on other paint brands. Wallpapers still remain at 7-10 working days.

When will you be open again?

We won’t be open until we are allowed to under the government guidelines, this will be subject to change depending on the relevant tiers.

Can I borrow wallpaper pattern books, or view them instore when you open?

Sorry, this is a service that poses a potential risk for virus spread/contamination and we have therefore stopped loaning our wallpaper pattern books from our store. You can still view wallpapers online and request samples too.

Are deliveries available?

Yes, deliveries are still available as normal, just please allow a couple of working days extra. Farrow & Ball orders are taking 7-10 working days as of 2nd of December. Other brands please allow 3-7 working days.

Can I place my Click & collect order online?

Absolutely. At the moment it’s restricted to NR* postcodes.

At the checkout section on our website, there will be an option called “local collection/pickup”. Select this option if you would like to collect. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect.  In terms of collections, we will book you in a time slot.

How are you handling payment?

At this moment in time, we are only accepting card transactions. if you have reserved an item for pickup, please refrain from using cash. This is to protect our employees.
