Updated FAQ page featuring implemented measures (updated 12th of April)

As of the 12th of April, we are glad to announce we will be back open to the public! Please make sure to wear a face-covering when entering the store and to use the hand sanitiser when you walk into our store. Please make sure to keep to social distancing rules when possible.

Orders online are still proceeding as normal and at the moment, we would allow 5-7 working days for paint orders to reach you, wallpaper orders can range from 3-10 working days, please inquire if you know which wallpaper you are after. We are only a small team of four so we will try our best to get your order shipped as quick as possible.

Are you open? Can I visit your store?

Yes, as of the 12th of April, we are now back open to the public. Please as mentioned above, wear a face-covering and to use hand the provided hand sanitiser when you walk in.

We are open Monday-Friday: 8.00am-4.30pm. & Saturdays 9.00am-3.30pm

We are not allowing loans of wallpaper books at the moment to stop the spread of the virus.

What is your click and collect service? how does it work?

You can either call us on 01603 400777 to place an order, or you can choose ‘instore collection’ at the checkout stage.

Once we have stock of your item, we will contact you by email or your phone number to let you know your order is in for you to pick up.

You can now pick up your order from inside our store. please make sure to wear a face-covering.

How long are deliveries taking at the moment?

Farrow & Ball orders at the moment are taking 7-10 working days to reach you. Please allow 3-7 working days on other paint brands. Wallpapers still remain at 7-10 working days.

When will you be open again?

As government guidelines have changed we are now pleased to say we will be back open from the 12th of April.

Can I borrow wallpaper pattern books, or view them instore when you open?

Sorry, this is a service that poses a potential risk for virus spread/contamination and we have therefore stopped loaning our wallpaper pattern books from our store. You can still view wallpapers online and request samples too.

Are deliveries available?

Yes, deliveries are still available as normal, just please allow a couple of working days extra. Farrow & Ball orders are taking 5-7 working days as of 12th April. Other brands please allow 3-7 working days.

Can I place my Click & collect order online?

Absolutely. At the moment it’s restricted to NR* postcodes.

At the checkout section on our website, there will be an option called “local collection/pickup”. Select this option if you would like to collect. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect.

How are you handling payment?

At this moment in time, we are only accepting card transactions. if you have reserved an item for pickup, please refrain from using cash. This is to protect our employees.
