What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently there are two shipping methods enabled on the site. For most, the option would be delivery, where you can select your country, your address and get your package delivered to you for a small fee from £4+.

( Prices vary from different countries)

Our second option is the Local Pickup option, Obviously this would be suitable for people who are living close to Norwich, this deducts the cost of the delivery but you would have to collect the said package yourself.

(Please choose this option if you are close to Norwich, otherwise your order could be cancelled.)

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Usually depending if we have stock of the item, it should be next day delivery. If we have to order in the required paint/wallpaper, this then will add a few more days onto the delivery.

Furthermore , for all wallpapers they have to be ordered in from the manufacturer, so this also can delay delivery for a few days.

International shipping (depending where from) can usually take up too a week or more.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do ship internationally, although do expect delays as shipping internationally (depending where you are from) can take a while.Please contact us if you want to arrange shipping internationally either through phone or by email.

How Can I Return a Product?

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can use an account to order products. Although we do offer Guest checkout, so no, you don’t need an account.

(Although it may be recommended so we can contact you more easily)

How do I place an Order?

You can either phone use, or place an order online!

To do this, Select a product, from either searching or going through our levels on the site.

Click checkout and input billing details, After that leave the rest to us!

What’s The Coupon Codes Policy?

Usually, when we have a coupon out we don’t have many policies.

The only rule we have, is that it can not be stacked and several codes can not be used at the same time through the checkout.

If you want a refund when you used a coupon, you will get the refund price after the coupon has been used.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order

If you want to ring us up, or send us a email we will be able to sort that out for you.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

There can be a lot of debate on whether buying online is safe. But we guarantee we are safe website. as we encrypt your data online through the checkout process.

when you get a confirmation email about your order. Depending on who your courier is, you can request to receive a tracking code, in which you can track your order.

Phone pay- You can choose to pay over the phone with one our sale team. (Data will not be kept, only for the order)

Credit/Visa-Usual billing form, which takes the funds straight from your bank account.

Paypal-Log into your Paypal account to forward the payment to us.

We are open 6 days a week.

Currently we are closed on a Sunday,

Open Monday to a Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm

Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm
