tawk.to is implemented onto our site to allow you as the customer to interact with us for help or order information etc. When opening the tawk.to button our website you will be asked to fill in your personal information and an optional phone number/email address. All the data you enter is used to communicate with us to tell us who you are and what product you are looking at. The information you send us has stored our databases. The information provided will not be sold off and is kept on record for data protection purposes only.
When you end the chat, a transcript is kept on our databases for security reasons, you can request a transcript by contacting the provider.
As part of the registration process for our periodic newsletters, we collect personal information. When you purchase a product through our system(WordPress) online your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our WordPress system. You may, of course, purchase a product in person without supplying the aforementioned personal data. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
-If you choose to click and collect at checkout, your details still will be shared with us.(no third parties)
-If purchasing colour cards/samples through our live chats or emails, your contact information will be stored on our email servers and tawk.to’s servers.
-If you are paying over the phone, we do not keep any of the data you supply and it is immediately destroyed after use.
We are quite happy to say that none of your data is shared with third parties. If this does ever change you will be notified and you will be asked if you consent to this happening.
