This information is stored securely on sessioncams website and we can only log in to view this information. Sessioncam does not share any identity, it only collects your geolocation.

Our web site may use SessionCam for analysis. SessionCam is a product that has been developed by SessionCam LTD. SessionCam may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, page scrolling and any text keyed into website forms. The information collected does not include bank details or any sensitive personal data. Data collected by SessionCam from Paint & Paper’s website is for Paint & Papers’ internal use only. The information collected is used to improve our website usability and is stored and used for aggregated and statistical reporting.

Happyfoxchat is implemented onto our site to allow you as the customer to interact with us for help or order information etc. When opening the happyfoxchat button our website you will be asked to fill in your personal information and an optional phone number/email address. All the data you enter is used to communicate with us to tell us who you are and what product you are looking at. The information you send us has stored our databases. The information provided will not be sold off and is kept on record for data protection purposes only.

When you end the chat, a transcript is kept on our databases for security reasons, you can request a transcript by contacting the provider.

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for our periodic newsletters, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. Purchasing Products

When you purchase a product through our system(WordPress) online your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our WordPress system. You may, of course, purchase a product in person without supplying the aforementioned personal data. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.

-If you choose to click and collect at checkout, your details still will be shared with us.(no third parties)

-If purchasing colour cards/samples through our live chats or emails, your contact information will be stored on our email servers and happyfoxchat’s servers.

-If you are paying over the phone, we do not keep any of the data you supply and it is immediately destroyed after use.

We are quite happy to say that none of your data is shared with third parties. If this does ever change you will be notified and you will be asked if you consent to this happening.

If you also don’t want to share your personal information with us, we don’t mind. We are not forcing you to shop with us and we understand fully if you would prefer to not share anything with us. If you decline this privacy policy, please note you will not be able to place an order.

We will keep this privacy policy updated as often as we can, we want to be as open as we can with our customers, after all, it is your data.
